This is a stunning silver mounted cologne bottle from the elegant Edwardian era. This superb example has gorgeous petrol blue barrel shaped body, with optic ribbing and has exquisite enamel painted floral and foliar motifs, in yellow and white. In addition, there is a band of gilding to the shoulder. The domed lid is hinged and is gilded inside. It opens to reveal the original cut glass peg stopper. A gorgeous piece, both usable and decorative.

Excellent, with no splits or holes to the silver and no cracks or chips to the glass. There are a couple of tiny pinprick dimples to the lid, commensurate with age and use.
