A wonderful copper jug in the Art Nouveau taste. This stylish piece is made by the renowned Joseph Sankey & Sons of Bilston, England and dates to the turn of the 20th Century. Embossed into the copper are eye catching Art Nouveau designs, featuring beautiful sinuous lines, flowers and tulip buds. The handle is attached with copper rivets in the Arts and Crafts style and the base is marked with the makers mark, 'Made in England' and 'Solid Copper' stamps. A superb example, both decorative and usable.
