A fabulous and large example of Nailsea glassware from Bristol, UK. This fine novelty piece is formed of cranberry glass and shaped into a Tobacco smoking pipe. The glass has the fabulous inclusions of white drapes and swirls to the body, as one would expect from this famous glass house. This example is likely to have taken pride of place in a Victorian Tobacconists window display owing to its large size. A wonderful, rare example making a fantastic addition to any collection. Origin :- Bristol, England. Date :- c1850.
