A delightful Victorian silver vinaigrette of shaped square form. This splendid example has attractive floral engraving to the body and a vacant cartouche to the front. The vinaigrette is gilded to the interior and has a charming pierced and acanthus leaf engraved hinged grille. There is an attaching ring to the top for a for neck chain or chatelaine and to the inside is the original sponge. A wonderful collector's piece.
